After a decade of corporate life, Naomi felt it was time to find a career which afforded her the opportunity to get back to her roots. Prior to finding his passion working in the care sector, Jon spent 15 years in retail, holding senior management positions within Marks & Spencer. Jon moved to Knaresborough in 2020 and started his career in social care. Over the last 5 years, Jon has immersed himself in getting to know every level of social care,
working for a local care provider. Jon spent 15 months as their Registered Manager before joining YourCare Yorkshire. Jon cares immensely about making sure everything we do is designed around the individuals we support and that we strive alongside them towards their desired goals and outcomes. Outside of work, Jon loves spending time with his family, his dog and - when he gets a chance - going skiing!

Over the last 16 years, Jade has worked in clinical settings and the community. Most recently supporting individuals with mental health and complex care needs to become active participants in society through enabling them to achieve their personal goals.
Jade's passionate about meeting people's needs, empowering them to live life to the fullest and advocating for the least restrictive practices. Over the past 4 years, Jade's management experience has assisted her extensive knowledge and skills in supporting her team to implement person-centred approaches, leading to positive outcomes for those in their care.
Outside of work, Jade cherishes time with her family. She has personal experience with one of her sons, who has ADHD, which provides her with valuable insights when supporting others. Additionally, she enjoys running, hiking and embracing the outdoors with her two sons.
